THE HEISLER PROJECT
Located at the southwest and southeast corners of PCH, Cliff Drive, and Jasmine Street, Heisler Landing will attract locals and travelers, alike. Visitors will experience Laguna through our community’s deep connection to art. The design will draw inspiration from Laguna’s storied appeal to artists, as well as the next gen Creatives, the authors of today’s movement through traditional art that actively partners with the modern.
THE CLEO PROJECT
Expanding the authenticity the Laguna Experience, the Cleo District will continue the new tradition of being social to improve and intensify our sense of community. Centrally located, this development will provide a unique relationship between visitors and locals, where we can cross the streams of creativity and individualism through shared experiences. With the recent acquisition of Art A Fair and the Festival Center, Laguna Creative Ventures secures its place as an active contributor to the Arts District.
